I did get reassigned a new point of contact (Freddy). We've had great and constant communication with insurance adjuster and myself... Finally feel like there is progress.

Up until this time... … More I thought Rojas Roofing was doing a great Job. I had been talking to Austin.
Yet, I haven't been able to communicate with Austin and getting my siding done is a bit time sensitive due to insurance. Not their fault- I get it.
The one thing I will say.... I am all for family emergencies, but a quick note or a transfer to someone else (while he was gone) would've been nice. Regardless...
The thing that has been the most unprofessional about this is, Austin has been saying he was going to email me and my insurance adjuster with recent news (he explained on the phone)… but we have yet to received anything from him and or how to proceed with the siding match. I am very disappointed in how all this has panned out.
I am sorry about his dad having a stroke, but this company must have some sort of protocols for when situations like this arise. -

They only did half. Took my money and refuse to work with us when they told us one thing and did another.
Plus we had to pay a fee that the guy said was a “dispatch fee” for a whole crew. 1 person showed up to do the work.
We will not be using them again for any work. Complete waste of money and very unprofessional. Very slow to respond as well.
The quality of the work itself looks great, just be careful because they will lie to you. -

I contacted Rojas to replace my roof. Freddy came out to the house and we discussed available options. It was a great meeting, he already had all the information before he arrived to give me a quote. I already had two other quotes plus … More the insurance allowance. Several things that I noticed, 1. A time frame in which the job will start and will be completed. 2. A 15 year transferable warranty. 3. Communication was great. Was told it would be about 4 weeks (they have up to 6 weeks to start). 4. They were the lowest quote.
After 26 days, just shy of the 4 weeks, I requested a schedule date. Did not expect the answer (we will be there in 2 days). Was told it would be 4 weeks and they delivered as promised. I had plans to be away during that time and discussed this with them. Freddy assured me that I did not have to be present. He told me he would keep me informed every step of the project. I thought it would take several days to complete since it was a complete removal and install. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a txt message with aerial photos of the roof completely bare. By that late evening the roof was installed. More photos were received with a beautiful new roof. I can not express the true feelings I had. A contractor that deliveries on a promise, keeps you informed even when you are not there, follows up in person (once I returned home) to ensure my satisfaction.
If you need work on your roof, don't make a decision until you talk with Freddy at Rojas. I am sure once you talk with him, you will not talk with anyone else. -
