Freddy Rojas

Owner

Freddy is the owner and founder of Rojas Roofing. Freddy grew up in Lafayette, Indiana and got his start in roofing in 2012 working on a crew in Evansville. In that role, he learned how to install all kinds of roofing and developed a strong belief in high-quality, long-lasting workmanship.

In 2015, Freddy decided to start bringing his skilIs directly to clients in the Indianapolis area. Now, in his current role as owner of Rojas Roofing, Freddy brings his years of roofing experience to provide clients with customized solutions. Outside of his passion for roofing, Freddy is raising three young children along with his wife of nine years. He enjoys going on trips with his family and working on his landscaping. As Rojas Roofing continues to grow, Freddy hopes to pass his knowledge on to younger generations and continue to provide excellent service to Central Indiana.

Chris Rojas

President & Commercial Project Manager

Chris started in the roofing industry in 2010 as an installation crew member. A year later, he started his own crew as a way to control the quality of the installation.

He is an expert in many types of roofing including asphalt shingle, metal, synthetic shingles, cedar shake, and commercial products such as EPDM and TPO. His expertise is unique because it all comes from hands-on installation experience, not theory, and he continues to expand his knowledge each year. In 2020, he stepped out of the day-to-day installation and put his efforts into building Rojas Roofing, where he runs the sales team. Chris usually spends his evenings and weekends at home in Carmel with his wife and two kids, although he still loves to go salsa dancing whenever he has the chance.

Brenna Shepherd

General Manager

During the pandemic, she began working for Rojas Roofing as a driver and roofing assistant. After learning about the roofing trade hands-on, Brenna transitioned into an office role and currently oversees the office and operations of Rojas Roofing.

Brenna started her career in education as an adult ESL teacher in California. In 2016, she and her husband moved to Indianapolis so that her husband could pursue a degree in motorsports engineering at IUPUI. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and going out to eat at the many restaurants Indianapolis has to offer.

Patrick Spalding

Sales Manager

Patrick started in the construction industry in 2009. He has held many positions throughout his career, starting from the bottom and rising up to an expert in his trade. Patrick prides himself on delivering and educating his team by keeping up with building code requirements, product offerings, and modern construction practices so that Rojas Roofing can deliver the best absolute customer experience possible. Throughout the years Patrick has established himself as an expert in asphalt roofing, vinyl siding, and James Hardie fiber cement siding.

Aside from his passion in exterior home remodeling, Patrick is a proud father of one and a husband to his wonderful wife. Patrick's hobbies include anything outdoors: hiking, camping, and overlanding. If Patrick isn't at work at Rojas, you'll find him on off-road trails spanning from coast to coast with his family!

Jess Lee

Office Manager

Jess transitioned to Rojas Roofing after an extensive career in healthcare, where she worked in both hospitals and veterinary care. With her strong attention to detail and a mind for customer service, she looks forward to learning this new business and serving the surrounding communities in a different capacity.

Jess lives with her husband and dog near Anderson, and enjoys riding their Harley and reading mystery novels.
