The Problem
Gary Reinwald has a large roof, large enough to require a special team to handle his insurance claim. When Gary called Rojas Roofing for suspected hail damage in April 2022, he knew that the insurance process might be a little more complicated than average. Dealing with insurance companies requires experience, and most homeowners aren’t particularly interested in the headache that comes with the supplementation process.
The Solution
Rojas Roofing called in our experts, who got to work analyzing the photos of the damage and the insurance scope as it was written by the insurance company. We then began the supplementation process to get Gary the money for this claim that was required to complete his project. Insurance originally wanted to pay out only for some minor repairs. Using a technology that proves that a shingle color is either available or not available (ITEL), we were able to provide evidence to the insurance company that no matching shingles were available on the market. As such, the entire roof needed to be replaced.
Gary got his entire roof replaced with insurance proceeds and asked us to do a couple of extras, like painting touch-ups.
