The Problem
Eric Bailey bought a new house in 2023 and discovered that it needed a new roof. In May 2021, Eric had his roof replaced with Rojas Roofing at his old house because of leaks. He was so pleased with the process the first time that he opted to hire Rojas Roofing again on his new house.
The Solution
Eric purchased a new roof with a 15-year warranty with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles. These shingles provide a lifetime warranty against black streaks caused by algae. Eric knew that his new roof was an investment and wanted to ensure that the shingles would stay looking great for years to come.
