Meet the Rojas Roofing Equipters! An Equipter is a roofing trailer that is gas-powered and self-propelled. It also has a hydraulic lift that can raise the trailer box up to 16 feet in the air. This allows Rojas Roofing to better protect your property and save you money! Let us explain how!
When the trailer box is at or just below the roof line, our crews are able to throw the debris from the roof tear off directly into the trailer. This prevents falling debris from scratching or damaging your siding, windows, flowerbeds, landscaping, and other outdoor property.
In addition, the wide flat wheels allow the Equipter to glide across your lawn without causing damage or leaving tracks. When your project is complete (and the grass stretches back up toward the sunlight!), there won’t be a trace of evidence that the Equipter was on your property!
The Equipter Saves the Customer Money
Because the Equipter collects debris before it ever touches your property, the Rojas crews don’t have to spend time hanging or laying out tarps or plywood to cover and protect your home. They will also spend less time handling the roof debris because they won’t have to pick it up off the ground at the end of the project. It can be dumped from the Equipter directly into a dumpster or hauled away in the Equipter itself. This allows our crews to complete your project more efficiently and in less time. This savings is passed along to you in lower labor costs!
